Dream•er (n): One that dreams; a visionary; an idealist
At Dream Advisory Co., we call the students and professionals in our programs, Dreamers, instead of clients because we want to provide an atmosphere and theme that lets them thrive and achieve their dreams. We see Dreamers as individuals who with minds that have no limit, and we want our Dreamers to realize and strive towards their potential!
Dream Coach (n): A guide and mentor for someone’s dream
Our Dreamers are paired with a Dream Coach, who is a professional that has experience in the chapter that the Dreamer is currently in or the field they want to go into. In order to cater to the unique needs of each Dreamer, Dream Advisory Co. recruits Dream Coaches from different backgrounds, such as technology, business, healthcare, and more.

About Our Founder
Founder & Chief Dream Officer
Nicole Brigola, PMP, PSM, MSPM
Nicole is an ambitious and goal-driven technology and project management professional who has a passion in growth and innovation not only within her realm of work but also within individuals. Since 2014, she has provided one-on-one mentorship and workshops that has guided hundreds of students and professionals worldwide towards their journey towards finding their passion and potential through growth and leadership. Nicole has received interviews from companies that are part of FAANGMULA+, MBB Consulting Firms, Big 4 Consulting Firms, and other major organizations, and she is willing to provide her insight and knowledge towards having the proper application and resume techniques to get an opportunity to join your dream company of choice!Although she is currently thriving in the tech scene as a Senior Technical Program Manager and avid investor, Nicole started her college career as a pre-med with hopes of becoming an anesthesiologist. This all changed when she discovered her passions in technology, growth, psychology, and management, which led her to the field of technical project & program management and a M.S. in Project Management from USC. From her academic & professional experience and vast network of peers and colleagues, she has obtained the knowledge necessary to mentor and develop others to reach their potential and passions in their careers, leading her to create Dream Advisory Co.
